American professional basketball player Zach LaVine is a shooting guard for the Chicago Bulls in the NBA. He was born in Renton, Washington, on March 10, 1995. Before being selected by the Minnesota Timberwolves as the 13th overall choice in the 2014 NBA draft, LaVine played one college basketball season at UCLA. He spent three seasons as a Timberwolves player before moving to the Chicago Bulls in 2017. LaVine participated in various childhood sports, including baseball, football, and soccer.
